This Flight Log is part of an ongoing record documenting the evolution of Exposed Layers across fashion, technology, culture, and identity.

Status: Active
Route: Physical → Digital → Evolving

Exposed Layers began as an experiment, not a product. A simple garment became a testing ground for a larger idea, that fashion can function as an interface, and identity can be something lived, worn, and gradually revealed.

Built around the concept of layers, the project explores what sits beneath the surface, physically, emotionally, and digitally. Each piece is designed to evolve. Technology is present, but intentionally quiet. AR, NFC, and digital product passports exist as optional touchpoints, activated only when the wearer chooses to engage. Nothing demands attention. Everything waits.

This project moves slowly by design. It values process over speed, curiosity over certainty, and longevity over trend cycles. Rather than chasing novelty, Exposed Layers focuses on building systems that can adapt over time, allowing a single garment to carry memory, interaction, and future expression across platforms.

Exposed Layers exists in the space between art and utility, presence and possibility. It is not a finished destination, but an ongoing journey. Each scan, each interaction, each phase adds another layer to the story.

Next checkpoint: Already in motion.
