Thank you for supporting Exposed Layers. Our products are produced in limited quantities and may include physical, digital, or phygital components.

Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

Final Sale Policy

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Physical products

  • Digital-only items (including but not limited to gaming skins, digital wearables, virtual assets, or access-based content)

  • Phygital products that include both physical and digital components

Authentication & Digital Association

Once a product has been:

  • Authenticated

  • Registered

  • Linked to a customer’s name, account, or digital identity

  • Or had its Digital Product Passport (DPP) or digital access activated

the transaction becomes irreversible and is considered a final sale.

This applies to all physical, digital, and phygital items.

Physical Items – Damaged or Defective

If a physical item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for review:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of issue (clear photos or video) must be provided

  • The issue must be manufacturing-related and not caused by misuse, washing, wear, or post-purchase authentication

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect

If approved, we may offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund, at our discretion.

Exchanges (Physical Items)

We do not offer exchanges, including size exchanges, due to:

  • Limited quantities

  • Serialization and authentication

  • Digital identity linkage

  • Sustainability considerations

We strongly encourage customers to use our AI sizing tool and review all sizing guidance carefully before completing their purchase.

Digital Items

All digital-only items, including gaming skins, digital fashion assets, virtual wearables, and access-based content, are non-refundable once delivered, accessed, or activated.

Please ensure compatibility, platform requirements, and product details are reviewed before purchase.

Digital Items – Delivery Responsibility

All digital items are final sale and non-refundable.

Where delivery of a digital item requires customer-provided information, such as an email address, phone number, username, digital wallet address, or third-party account, the customer is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, validity, and accessibility of that information at the time of purchase or redemption.

Once a digital item has been delivered, assigned, activated, minted, transferred, or made available to the information or account provided by the customer, delivery is deemed complete and cannot be reversed.

We are not responsible for failed, delayed, or inaccessible digital delivery resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer

  • Closed, deleted, suspended, or inaccessible email addresses, accounts, or wallets

  • Errors or limitations of third-party platforms or systems

  • Customer actions taken after delivery

No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be issued for digital items once delivery has occurred.

All digital items, numbered digital items, and authenticated digital assets are final sale.
