Order Processing & Dispatch Times

How Are Digital, Physical & Phygital Products Fulfilled?
Exposed Layers releases products across multiple collections and drops. Depending on the collection, products may be offered as:

Not all digital items are tied to a physical product.

Not all physical products include a digital component.

Some digital items are sold independently.

In other collections, the purchase of a digital item may enable or trigger the fulfilment of a physical product, or vice versa.
Fulfilment mechanics, delivery order, and access conditions are described on the relevant product or collection page at the time of purchase.
How Are Digital Items Delivered?

Digital-only items do not require shipping.

Digital items may be delivered electronically, activated through access credentials, or made available via third-party systems.

Delivery of digital items is deemed complete once access is granted or activation is made available, regardless of whether the digital item is subsequently accessed or used.
Can My Order Arrive in Multiple Shipments?
Yes.
Orders containing multiple items or mixed fulfilment types may be delivered in separate shipments or at different times. Digital access may be provided before or after physical delivery, depending on the collection.
Risk of Loss
All physical products are shipped at the customer’s risk once handed over to the carrier. Exposed Layers is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after dispatch.
Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect address details, refusal of delivery, or unpaid customs duties may not be eligible for reshipment or refund.
