Product & Fit

We strongly recommend using our AI Sizing tool before placing your order.

Drop 1 is produced in limited quantities (S/M and L/XL), and we do not offer size exchanges due to serialization and authentication.

Exposed Layers Drop 1, What Lies Beneath, is available in two sizes:

Each drop may follow a different sizing structure depending on the concept, production run, and design intent.

We strongly recommend using our AI sizing tool before purchasing, as exchanges are not available due to limited quantities and authentication features.

No. “What Lies Beneath” is strictly limited to 120 serialized pieces and will not be reproduced.

Each piece is individually numbered and tied to its digital layer. Once sold out, this drop is permanently closed.

Exposed Layers releases are produced in limited, serialized quantities. Once a size or edition number is sold out, it will not be restocked.

Future drops may introduce new designs, colorways, or sizing formats, but previously released editions will not be reproduced.

If a size is available, we recommend securing it before the drop closes.

Limited Edition & Serialization

Yes.

Each Exposed Layers drop is produced in limited quantities. For Drop 1, What Lies Beneath, each physical piece is assigned an edition number within the total production run.

Limited production is part of the project’s design philosophy. We do not mass-produce or continuously restock previous drops.

Future drops may follow different structures, but all collections are released in intentional, controlled quantities.

Your edition number identifies your piece within that specific drop.

For example, Drop 1 includes a defined production range, and your number reflects your place within that release.

Your edition number may also connect to:

Authentication records
Digital Product Passport (DPP) access
Ownership tracking
Future digital or experiential unlocks, where applicable

It is part of the identity layer of your garment.

Once assigned and authenticated, edition numbers cannot be changed or reassigned.

Digital & Connected Features

Each Exposed Layers piece includes an embedded NFC tag.

Tap the tag with your smartphone to access your Digital Product Passport (DPP), authentication record, drop information, and evolving digital layers.

No special hardware is required beyond a compatible smartphone.

For Drop 1, the AR experience is activated through a supported AR platform.

Scanning or interacting with the shirt’s digital marker unlocks the visual layer through that platform’s camera functionality.

Future drops may support additional web-based AR experiences that activate directly through your device camera or compatible wearable technology.

Availability of AR formats may vary by collection.

Exposed Layers digital features are designed to work on modern smartphones with NFC capability and a compatible camera.

You can access your Digital Product Passport (DPP) and Owner’s Lounge by:

• Tapping the embedded NFC tag
• Scanning the QR code included with your item

AR experiences may require a supported AR platform or compatible camera-enabled device. Availability may vary based on device model, operating system, and platform updates.

Future collections may support additional web-based AR experiences or compatible wearable devices.

We are not responsible for limitations caused by device compatibility, operating system restrictions, or third-party platform changes.

Exposed Layers is not a crypto-first or Web3-only project.

It is a layered merchandise experiment that combines physical garments with digital experiences. All core features are accessible using standard digital platforms and a smartphone.

Some future drops may include optional blockchain-based or wallet-enabled elements, but participation in crypto is never required to own or experience the product.

You do not need cryptocurrency or a digital wallet to use your Exposed Layers item.

All core features — including AR activation, Digital Product Passport access, and the Owner’s Lounge — are designed to be accessible using a standard smartphone, email login, or web interface.

Certain future features or optional digital extensions may offer wallet-based access for those who wish to participate, but this is not required to use or enjoy your item.

Exposed Layers is designed to be accessible first, with optional deeper layers for advanced users.

It depends on the drop.

Some collections may include digital components bundled with a physical item.
Other drops may offer digital-only items, or digital items that can be purchased independently.

Each release is structured intentionally and may differ in how physical and digital components are connected.

Ownership & Access

The Sky Lounge (Owner’s Lounge) is your post-purchase access layer.

After activating your item via NFC or QR code, you unlock:

• Your Digital Product Passport (DPP)
• Authentication & edition details
• Collector updates and behind-the-scenes content
• Evolving digital experiences tied to your collection

The Lounge may expand over time as new layers, collaborations, or digital features are released.

A Digital Product Passport (DPP) is a digital record linked to your Exposed Layers item.

It may include:

Product details and edition information
Authentication status
Care instructions
Ownership records
Access to updates or digital features

The DPP is designed to extend the life and identity of your garment beyond the physical object.

Access methods may evolve over time as technology develops, but your DPP serves as the digital reference layer connected to your item

That depends on the collection.

Some drops include a digital twin or claimable digital asset after purchase.
Other drops may offer digital and physical components separately.

If a digital claim is available:

• Instructions will be provided inside your Owner’s Lounge
• You may be asked to provide a compatible account, email, or wallet
• Digital claims may be limited or serialized

Once claimed, activated, minted, or delivered, digital items are final sale and non-reversible.

Yes. Exposed Layers is designed as a phased, evolving collection.

New digital layers, AR updates, gaming integrations, or collector features may be added over time depending on the drop and technology roadmap.

Not all features are guaranteed for every collection.

Transferability depends on the structure of the drop and the digital features attached to the item.

Physical ownership can be transferred like any other garment. However:

If the item has been authenticated and linked to a specific account,
If digital features have been claimed, minted, or activated,
Or if access has been tied to a named digital identity,

those elements may not automatically transfer.

In certain future releases, transfer functionality may be enabled through structured ownership systems.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders may be fulfilled and shipped from Hong Kong, China, or Dubai, depending on inventory and logistics.

International orders may be subject to local customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

If a return is approved for a manufacturing defect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Final Sale

Due to the limited-edition and serialized nature of Exposed Layers products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for physical, digital, or phygital items, including sizing exchanges.

We only review claims for manufacturing defects on physical items reported within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase and photo or video evidence.

Digital items, virtual assets, and any products that have been authenticated, registered, or linked to a customer’s identity are non-refundable once delivered or activated.

Approved defect claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Return shipping costs, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Digital-only items are final sale and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to, virtual wearables, gaming skins, digital fashion items, access-based content, and any downloadable or digitally delivered product.

Once a digital item has been delivered, assigned, activated, transferred, or made available to the email address, account, wallet, or third-party platform provided at checkout, the transaction is considered complete and cannot be reversed.

Please ensure all account details and compatibility requirements are reviewed carefully before purchase.

Once a product has been authenticated, registered, or linked to a customer’s name, account, digital identity, or access credentials, the transaction becomes irreversible and is considered final sale.

This applies to physical, digital, and phygital items that include serialized elements, digital access, NFC-enabled components, or any form of ownership registration.

Because authentication creates a unique ownership record, we are unable to cancel, reverse, reassign, or refund the item once this process has been completed.

If you have questions before activating or authenticating your item, please contact us prior to proceeding.

If your physical item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for review:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Clear photo or video proof of the issue must be provided
The issue must be manufacturing-related and not caused by misuse, wear, washing, or authentication activation

If the claim is approved, we will offer either:

A replacement (subject to availability), or
A refund, at our discretion

Approved returns must be shipped back by the customer.

Damage resulting from shipping carrier mishandling, customs inspection, or normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Care Instructions

Each Exposed Layers garment is crafted using 100% recycled cotton and may include integrated or embedded technology. To preserve both the garment, its printed and connected elements:

Cold wash only
Wash inside out
Gentle cycle recommended
Do not bleach
Do not tumble dry
Do not iron directly over printed, embedded, or connected areas
Air dry flat where possible

Damage resulting from improper care, washing, or heat exposure is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Care instructions are also accessible via the Digital Product Passport (DPP) linked to your item.
